Comment | Gonzalez, 10/09/23 1525 hrs. - SV, Fire I was informed by my Supervisor Erik Tine, that they received a report from Supervisor Leslie Wehman that there was a house fire at 712 Welton Rd. and Code Enforcement was not notified. Upon arrival I observed from the ROW the dwelling at 712 Welton Rd was heavily affected by a fire. It appeared to be vacant. The 2nd floor had no roof or walls from the fire damage. The property was secured by a fence and I was not able to make entry. I spoke with a neighbor who informed me this happened two Sundays ago on 10/01/23, and the family is not staying there. I took photos and added them to OB. I also left a door hanger to the front gate. I am requesting a 30-day NOV to be mailed to owners. | 10/9/2023 | 12/31/2025 |

He stated they were living in the dwelling when the fire happened. They are devasted and luckily no one was hurt. He stated they are presently working with the insurance company.
