She has also informed me that the HCSO has been out to the location as well. At the time of my inspection, I did not see any signs of homeless people, nor did I see any damage to the fence. I currently have no violations. I spoke with Todd Parker the property manager of Russell wood Condominium. I informed him that the fence would be his responsibility to repair.
