All structures located on the site must be shown (accurately) and labeled on the plan. This includes the other detached covered structure and dock in the rear yard. 3. All easements (as applicable) must also be shown and labeled on the plan. 4. All property line dimensions must also be shown on the plan. In addition to the Florida Building Code, all construction located in the VE zone (Coastal High Hazard Area) must comply with section 322.3 of the Florida Residential Building Code and Hillsborough County Construction Code section 301.2.5. in accordance with with ASCE/SEI 24-14 design requirements for Coastal High Hazard Areas. 2. Signed and sealed Soils, Foundation, Wave Run Up and Scour Analyses must be provided by a FL licensed engineer. 3. The engineer's plans and calculations must be electronically signed, sealed and third party verified. Pdf copies of hand signed & sealed drawings are not acceptable.
