The following comment(s) must be addressed for plan approval: 1- Please provide attic ventilation calculations on plans. The calculations must include: total square feet of attic area, total ventilation required, and total ventilation provided (area per unit length of ridge vent or per unit for off ridge vents), in accordance with Section R806 of the FBC 5th Edition (2014) - Residential. The calculations shall state what method is being used (1/150 or 1/300).
